Bratz Jade Fashion Pack Review + Costume Palooza Preview

Hello! πŸ™‚

Today I have a fun review for you of one of the newer-ish Bratz fashion packs! πŸ™‚ I really love the newΒ Bratz dolls. Their outfits, themes, and accessories are always so clever, well-made, and awesome! πŸ™‚

(You can find my reviews of #SelfieSnaps Cloe and Study Abroad Jade at these links πŸ™‚ )

Here we go! πŸ˜€ I chose this particular pack to review because the stripes and the leather jacket really caught my eye. I also really like that the fashion packs correspond to a certain character’s style, although they would look really cute on any doll!

As per usual, the Bratz packaging is SUPER cute. I LOVE all of the little doodles and nods to Jade’s character.

Raya’s pack is really cute too!

With the plastic removed, you can see the outfit a little better. Isn’t the little cat to the left of Jade’s face so cute? πŸ˜›

Once the outfit is removed, the Jade cutout makes a cute little paper doll!

“Look! She’s my mini-me!”

Alrightly, here is everything that comes in the pack on Jade! πŸ™‚ Slight sidetrail, but I love this particular Jade doll SO much. I like that her face looks a bit softer than some of the others, and her crimped, super long hair is fantastic.

In all, the pack comes with a top, pants, belt, jacket, and shoes.

Her shirtΒ is a striped crop top, and so it does look a bit silly when worn with the belt and low riding pants. However, I really like the pattern and it seems very well made, so I think it would look cute as a swimsuit top!

The belt is an embellished piece of faux leather with a buckle and velcro in the back.Β Her pants are super cute leggings, with black and yellow stripes.

While I’m not entirely sure how these shoes match the rest of the outfit, I adore them on their own! πŸ™‚ These will only work on the light-skinned characters, however, for obvious reasons.

Finally is the star of this pack, the jacket! This faux leather jacket is SO cool. It might be my singular favorite piece of doll clothing EVER. The zipper and button details are so super awesome!

Next, though, I’d like to show you what makes the New Bratz so fantastic. Combining the fashion packs with the dolls’ other outfits, you can create your own outfits, and the mixing and matching is so fun!

I decided to replace the striped top with Ever After High Raven Queen’s signature top, and I switched out the pink shoes for Study Abroad Jade’s original boots.

I LOVE these boots.

As for the pink shoes, I had a brainstorm to try them on my #SelfieSnaps Cloe, and I love the results! πŸ™‚

I LOVE these two girls!!! πŸ˜€

Finally, I wanted to try the awesome leather jacket on some of my other 12″ dolls. I’m happy to report that it fits all of my skinnier style dolls, i.e. Ever After High, Monster High, Star Darlings, Equestria Girls, etc.

Here are some of my favorite leather jacket shots!

Scarlet totally steals the show. I love her so much!

I hope you enjoyed this review and mini photo shoot! πŸ˜€ Let me know in the comments below who you think wore the jacket best, and if you want to see more fashion packs from Bratz.

Oh, and finally, I wanted to say that I’ve been posting a lot of updates and previews for my next post series, Costume Palooza, over on the Doll Dimensions Facebook Page….check it out if you want some sneak peeks! πŸ˜‰

But in case you’re too lazy to click the link, I’ll just leave this little tidbit here. πŸ˜‰

  1. I’ve seen some of these packs, but I don’t collect Bratz and they would have been too expensive considering European markups and the fact that I wouldn’t use the shoes. I like Apple most of all, followed by Scarlet and Jade.

  2. That faux leather jacket is awesome! It looks so cool mixed with the other outfits, too. I really enjoyed looking at the newest Bratz dolls as they have changed so much when they first came out. Both Jade and Chloe’s hair are amazing! Great job πŸ™‚

    1. Thank you Amanda!!! πŸ™‚ ❀ The Bratz girls have changed a lot…but since I had some when I was younger, too, I've noticed that they've always had the best quality clothing of any brand. Odd but true! Thanks for commenting! πŸ™‚
