DIY Custom Wonder Woman Cerise Hood Doll

Many apologies for the blog silence!

I’ve been working on some cool projects to show you…the first of which is the Amazonian Princess…Wonder Woman!

Her boots will be getting another coat of paint, but she’s done for the most part! πŸ™‚

The bodice is the same as the one in my Cerise ballgown tutorial, except without the peplum.  The shorts are restructured from a pair of Barbie shorts, and the crown, belt, and bracelets are made from craft foam.  The boots are repainted from I ❀ Fashion Weberella.

I was inspired to make this mostly because I am obsessed with the 60’s TV show with Lynda Carter….and the fact that Wonder Woman was originally set in the 40’s makes me love it even more!

Here are some more pics of this Justice League Queen! πŸ˜€

    1. Thanks!!! πŸ˜€ I do sewing on the machine when it’s something big, like a floor-length skirt, but on tiny things I hand-sew, because I feel like I have more control. πŸ™‚ I’m glad you like her!
